Welcome! hello and howdy

Every day, I walk a few miles. Often something catches my eye, and I take a “quick pic” of it.

A long time ago I learned to see that every day art always surrounds us. But only recently did I start to call it “glimmers.”
I like calling these slivers of beauty glimmers, because for me it means not just that the scene/object has beauty or significance, but that the scene/object points to something greater: Oz at work somehow, leaving wonders and miracles for anyone to just unveil!
(I know some art is known to be significant for its attempt to be insignificant or ironic. Rest assured my art is about as straightforward as it gets.)
