
To me clouds often acquire an extra aura of fun in photos. The frozen moment in time defines their edges and shadows. Their whites are even crisper, and surrounding colors bloom. (Not the case with sunsets, to my ever. loving. frustration!)
If you’re looking for them, you might see angels in clouds …

Or, conversely you might see dragons.

I’ve been practicing heart alignment meditation lately. It gives support to my long anxious mind, surrounding it with caring heart energy. The mind can set down the eternally pressing boulder. Or set it up on a shelf, just to the side. The heart’s infinite power leads the way much better.

Today I was reminded by both a graduation speech and a guided meditation, that navigating by one’s inner compass is one of the keys to contentment. In the swirl of daily pressures, I had forgotten that essential truth. That in the silent deep center, is a knowing that’s unperturbed and waiting only to be followed.
